Spandan Foundation Mumbai hereby appeal to all the members of society to come forward and lend help to the Kokan flood victims. These devastating flood was most horrible natural disaster in the last many years where many families have been affected. We all must come forward to help our brothers and sisters in need. Each one of us may think what we can do in such a terrible situation and it is the duty of the Government to rescue the people.
However, Team Spandan doesn’t think this way. If each one of us takes the responsibility of helping at least one flood victim, we together will be able to help a large number of flood victims. These floods have damaged properties, houses and have left many of the people homeless. But we will rise again like a phoenix.
Two of the main district Chiplun and Mahad has witnessed a lot of destruction because of these floods. Many properties are also damaged and there would be a need for lot of support to recover the losses. We appeal to all the responsible and generous citizens to come forward and offer helping hand to these flood victims.
